Applicant must submit the sum of $35.00 for Single, $45.00 for Married (payable to CStar Management) AND the appropriate Deposit Amount ($200 - 1Bds, $250 - 2Bds) (payable to North Country Commons) prior to the application being run. The Application Fee is not a rental payment or deposit amount. In the event this application is approved or disapproved the Application Fee will be retained by the management to cover the cost of processing the application as furnished by the applicant. If the application is accepted, the deposit can be applied toward payment of my security deposit when I take possession of the apartment. If for any reason management decides to decline my application, management will refund this to me in full. I understand I may cancel this application by written notice within 72 hours and receive a full refund of this “good faith” deposit within 30 days of the cancellation.
